1. Carrot1 Kg
2. Ghee¼ Cup
3. Cashew10
4. Almonds10
5. Milk3 Cups
6. Sugar3/4 Cup
7. Khoya1/2 Cup
8. Cardamom Powder¼ Tsp
1. Peel the carrot and finely grate it & then keep it aside for later use. Now, add ghee, cashew, and almonds into a large kadai. Fry the ingredients until they turn golden brown in color. Transfer them to another bowl.
2. Add grated coconuts into the same pan and saute it until its color slightly changes. Pour milk into it and stir the mixture before boiling it for 10 minutes.
3. Boil until the carrots are cooked really well and the amount of milk is less in the pan. Wait for the milk to thicken and then add sugar into it.
4. Continue to cook until the sugar dissolves completely and halwa thickens. When it thickens, add fried nuts, khoya, and cardamom powder into it and ensure that they are combined well with the halwa before serving.
