Ingredients of Homemade Badam Kesar Thick Shake

1. Soaked and blanched Badam/Almond1 cup

2. Sugar1/2 cup

3. Kesar/Saffron8 to 10 strands

4. Cardamom powder1 tbsp

5. Milk (boiled & cooled) 4 cups

How to Make Homemade Badam Kesar Thick Shake

1. Take a blender and throw in together milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron and blend it till the sugar dissolves.

2. Add the semi crushed almonds to this mix and grind it a bit so that almond solids can break down as much as possible.

3. Pour the mixture in a chilled glass and savour this sweet summer drink!
