About Homemade Homemade Badam Halwa: Here is another classic Indian sweet recipe that can be easily prepared with a few ingredients like almonds, ghee, sugar, saffron, and cardamom.

1. Almonds½ Cup
2. Hot Water1 Tbsp
3. Milk¼ Cup
4. Ghee1½ Tbsp
5. Sugar1/4 Cup
6. Saffron Milk1/4 Cup
7. Cardamom Powder1/4 Tbsp
8. Chopped Dry Fruits
1. Soak almonds in hot water for at least 30 minutes, peel the skin of almonds, and transfer them into a blender. Add milk into the blender and make it into a smooth paste.
2. Transfer the badam and milk paste into a kadai and then add ghee into it. Saute it on medium flame for 1 minute. Add sugar and continue to saute it.
3. Stir the mixture continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, add saffron milk into it.
4. Stir until the mixture thickens while keeping on low to medium flame. Add ghee into the mixture and continue stirring until the mixture starts separating from the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix it really well before serving.
