1. Add ghee into a pan, heat it, and then add nuts into it, & deep fry it until they turn golden in color. Keep them aside for later use.
2. Start roasting atta on medium flame and stir it continuously. Continue to heat the atta until it attains a golden color and then set it aside too.
3. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder into the atta along with the nuts. Thoroughly mix the ingredients. You will now be able to easily roll the atta into small balls.
4. Take small portions of the mixture and gently press them to give them a round ladoo shape. Store them within an air-tight container or jar.
