1. Medium Size Potatoes4
2. Peanuts2 Tbsp
3. Cashews2 Tbsp
4. Sliced Almonds2 Tbsp
5. Salt1 Tsp
6. Sugar1/4 Tsp
7. Black Pepper Powder1/4 Tsp
8. Red Chilli Powder1/4 Tbsp
9. Raisins2 Tsp
10. Oil For Frying

1. Wash and peel the potatoes and then grate it. Now, soak the grated potatoes in water, extract it, and squeeze it really well and then allow it to dry.
2. Take a pan, add oil into it, and then heat it on high flame. Add the grated potatoes to the pan and fry it for a couple of minutes. Lower the heat and fry until they become golden brown in color.
3. Spread them on a tissue paper and wait for the extra oil to absorb. Take another pan and fry peanuts, raisins, cashews, almonds, and curry leaves.
4. Mix laccha, raisins, almonds, and other ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle spices and continue to mix them well. Allow it to cool and then serve.
