1. Potatoes500 Gms
2. Wheat Flour500 Gms
3. Ghee Or Oil50 Ml
4. Carom Seeds5 Gms
5. Salt
6. Water

10. Red Chilli Powder3 Gms
11. Green Chillies10 Gms

1. Cook the potatoes until they become soft and mash them. Now, chop ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, & green chillies.
2. Mix wheat flour, oil, carom seeds, and salt to make the dough. Sprinkle water on it and keep it aside for at least 10 minutes. Divide the dough into different portions based on the size of the samosas you want to make.
3. Heat ghee and add cumin into it followed by garlic and then saute it. Add the remaining ingredients into it and continue to saute it for 5 minutes. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, which includes the mashed potatoes.
4. Roll out small portions from the dough and flatten it with your palms. Give it a round shape before cutting it half and then fold its edges to make it into a cone-shape. Stuff it with the potato mixture and seal it & deep fry it until it turns into a golden brown color.
