Filter coffee is an age-old coffee variant, famous in South Indian households every morning and evening. This type of coffee is very unique and different from the other variants of coffee we have. Its preparation is shown in itself, as the sweetened milk is blended with the brewed coffee to create an experience in itself. How to make Filter coffee at home
Boil water for making the coffee decoction.
Add filter coffee powder to the upper part of the decoction [ ratio is 2 tbsp coffee:50 ml coffee]
Pour boiling water on the coffee, on the upper part, and let it brew for 15 to 20 mins
Boil the milk for the coffee on the side.
Add some sugar to the filter coffee glass, add the brewed decoction, and pour in piping hot milk.
Serve by interchanging and pouring on the base cup and the glass back and forth a couple of times.
Serve with some hot Wada or traditional fry items.
