Chaats are a traditional North Indian savory, crispy, spicy, and tangy snack which is now famous worldwide. It has different attires and mix and match which makes it a wholesome deal. In this recipe, we have shown a chaat made out of fresh pomegranate seeds tossed up with boiled potatoes tossed in with spicy mint chutney and spices.

It’s a great pair with tea over the sweet conversations and more!

    How to make Aloo anardana pyaazi chaat at home

    Step 1

    Put boiled potatoe cubes, onion chopped, green chilies chopped, chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves in a bowl and toss them up. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, and roasted peeled peanuts and mix well.

    Step 2

    Put some of this mixture and drizzle a generous amount of pomegranate pearls in individual serving bowls. Pour in some green chutney. Sprinkle some chaat masala and some sev. Repeat the process till all ingredients are used.

    Step 3

    Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
