    How to make this smoothie at home

    Step 1

    Grate the carrots, peel the almonds and add in the blender

    Step 2

    Peel the bananas and add them to the blender/jug.

    Step 3

    Add the oats, soya milk, honey and whizz it to a smooth drink, or use a stick blender in the jug.

    Step 4

    Carry along in a sipper post your workout or have for a quick healthy breakfast.
