How to Make a Spicier and More Flavorful Chicken Fry at Home

The Indian chicken fry at home recipe inspires this dish. I have added my touch to it by adding some spices and making it a bit spicier.

2. After frying, heat a pan with oil on low and add onions. Add pieces of chicken to the onions, and let it brown. When the chicken juice is released, it gives the onions the flavour it needs to become a good fry chicken base.

Cut the chicken into 6 discs. Marinate the chicken with mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic, onion, ginger, tomato, green chilli and red chilli powder. Mix all these ingredients with the flour. Make the batter thick.
