Pineapple juice – 2 cups
Ginger syrup – ¼ cup
Lime juice – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 3 tsp
Club soda – 1 cup

For the ginger syrup:
Water – 2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Chopped ginger – 1 cup

How to make pineapple & ginger punch:
1. For making ginger syrup, In a pot, boil chopped ginger and sugar in water at medium heat. Turn off the heat and allow it to steep for an hour. Strain and use.
2. Place ice cubes in a glass, and pour pineapple juice, ginger syrup, lime juice and lemon juice.
3. Top it with chilled club soda and mix well.
4. Garnish and serve.
