Our Story

With an MS and a PhD in Material Science from the Indian Institute of Science, Aakanksha Chaudhary stepped into the world of F&B to create Chaat Street, a brand that serves street food from all over the nation.

Her passion for food grew when she spent more than 10 years away from Delhi, where she'd grown up, and where street food had flavoured her childhood memories with authentic taste and pure joy- that she spotted a delicious opportunity to serve the Indian populace. She realized that there were nationwide chains serving American fast food, while the Indian street food sector remained heavily unorganized, causing high fragmentation, which meant one had to visit different places to indulge in a couple of their favorite chaats.
