The overarching responsibilities that cater to this role therefore are as follows:
- Any Graduate with minimum 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Should be high on initiative, relationship building and analytical skills.
- An excellent communicator with inter -personal skills and marketing skills.
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Keep abreast with the growth of the company and its products.
- Fluent in English, Hindi or Kannada (optional).
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Coordinating the site visit by interacting with the potential clients.
- Maintaining good relationship & creating positive environment.
- Conducting regular follow ups with prospective clients to enhance client relationships and lead generation.
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining to them the benefits of the service.
- Excellent conversational and customer interaction skills.
- Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Professionalism and a positive ambiance at work place.
