  • 420 gm Maggi noodles
  • 4 green cardamom
  • 3 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 500 gm frozen mixed vegetables
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 3 medium tomato
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil
  • 8 clove
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 pieces of cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds powder

Method To Make Maggi Biryani

Step 1

Saute the ingredients

Heat oil in a pan. Add the green cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Then add the onions and garlic and sauté till brown. Next, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add spices to the mix.

Then, add the red chilli powder, coriander powder and saunf powder and fry for a minute. Add the chopped vegetables and peas and cook till tender. Add salt to taste.

Step 3

Top the MAGGI noodles with the vegetable mixture and serve

Cook the MAGGI 2-minute noodles as per the pack instructions. Put half the cooked MAGGI noodles in a serving dish, then put half the cooked vegetables. Put the remaining MAGGI noodles and serve hot garnished with coriander, mint, and fried onions.
