Important tips to make the best Maggi Biryani.

1. Always use fresh ingredients. This is the most important tip for making any dish, but it is especially important for biryani because the flavours are so layered and complex. If your spices are old or stale, they will not impart as much flavour to the dish.

2. To get that perfect balance of savoury and sweet, use freshly cooked Maggi. Maggi has a naturally nutty flavour that pairs perfectly with the other ingredients in the dish.

3. Biryani is all about layering flavours, so don’t be afraid to experiment with different herbs and spices. Try adding cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, or bay leaves to your biryani for an extra depth of flavour. You can also add a pinch of saffron to give the dish a beautiful golden colour.

4. When it comes to protein, chicken is traditionally used in biryani recipes, but you can also use lamb or beef if you prefer. If you’re using chicken, make sure to cook it until it is fall-off-the-bone tender before adding it to the pot of rice and spices.

5. The key to making a great biryani is patience!
