    How to make Andhra Tawa Chapa at home

    Step 1

    Make a fine paste of curry leaves, dry red chili, coriander powder, jeera powder, black peppercorn, green chili, and oil.

    Step 2

    Clean Basa fish & cut in 50gms -100gms. Start marinating the curry leaf paste to the fish and rest for at least 20 mins

    Step 3

    Heat oil and start grilling the fish on a Tawa, Check for the seasonings.

    Step 4

    In the end squeeze lemon juice on cooked grilled fish.
