    How to make Duck roast at home

    Step 1

    Make a paste of the ingredients from sambar onion to salt and marinate the duck with half of the paste for an hour.

    Heat oil in a pan and pour some oil and ghee in combination and saute the marinated duck in it. And take it out and keep

    Step 3

    In the same oil add the onions, the remaining ground paste, and fry it till the oil separates. Add 2 cups of boiling water to this and transfer the sauteed duck pieces.

    Cover the pan and cook the duck well, garnish with some fried curry leaves and chopped coriander.
