Moong dal pakoda, also known as mangode, are Indian lentil fritters that are crunchy and delicious.

Moong dal -1 cup
Onion -1/2 cup
Green chilli-2
Garlic cloves – 5
Curry leaves – 8 (optional)
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp

How to make moong dal pakoda
1. Wash, clean, and soak moong dal for 30 minutes.
2. Wash and rinse the dal and add it to the grinding jar with garlic cloves and green chilli.
3. Add 3 – 4 tbsp of water and coarsely grind it.

5. Cook on low to medium flame until bubbles appear, then flip. Cook for a few seconds and make the remaining pancakes the same way.
